Job Description

Zadig et Voltaire is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our London Head Office.

As Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that all the retail operations and activities are managed efficiently. You will carry out retail and admin functions and support the Country Manager on different missions.

The role is divided into three main areas:

• Administration support:
- File and track the invoices and act as an intermediator between our contractors/suppliers and the Paris Head Office;
- Monitor and track the expenses of the POS and ensure the allocated budgets are respected.

• Operational support:
- Monitor, track and conduct the POS weekly stock inventory;
- Manage the maintenance of the stores.

• Retail Management support:
- Support the Country Manager in the daily management of the stores;
- Coordinate POS activities.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, resilient and efficient. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is driven, hard-working and with a meticulous eye for detail. Requirements: - Retail experience in a similar role or at store management level (Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor); - Stock management experience; - Excellent organizational skills; - Ability to multi-task and prioritize; - Time management skills; - Knowledge of Excel and Outlook; - Excellent English written and spoken communication skills; - French speaker; - Flexible to occasionally travel in the UK and to work during the weekends when needed.
