Job Description

We are looking for a Concession Manager to join our team in Selfridges. The Concession Manager reports to the Country Manager and ensures the uniform execution of the Division direction within their concession.

The responsibilities of Store Manager include but are not limited to:

Sales & Profit
•Meeting or exceeding store sales and profit plans through the training, coaching & managing of the sales staff.
•Maintaining high level of good customer service
•Proper execution of all existing systems and procedures, and ownership of new system implementations and processes.

Expense Planning & Management
•Adhering to annual expense budgets for store to achieve profit goals.
•Monitoring concession payroll and non-payroll expenses to achieve annual expense % goals.
•Taking timely corrective action on expense budget variances.

Merchandising & Visual
• Responsible for all visual merchandising and the development of our products
• Stock management in stores (deliveries, transfers, etc.) and inventory

People Development
•Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and retaining quality candidates
•Maintaining high store morale through efficient, timely communications of policies and other information.
•Provide effective coaching in order to improve performance of all associates.

Job Requirements

• Four-year experience management with a luxury background • Proficient in computer business-related computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc). • Excellent supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills. • Willing to work under pressure • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive an effective team
